1 | rabbit skinned and washed | |
1 | cup | flour |
1 | teaspoon | salt |
1 | pepper to taste | |
1 | cooking oil | |
1 | onion, diced | |
1 | juice of 1/4 lemon |
Directions
Cut rabbit up in pipeces desired. Roll pipeces in misture of flour, salt, and peppper. Brown rabbit in 4 T. cooking oil. Add diced onions and lemon juice. Cover and cook until done.
