Mustard mozzarella pork

| 1 | Pork steaks (6 oz) | |
| 1 | Onion, finely chopped | |
| 1 | Garlic clove, crushed | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon-style mustard |
| ¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
| 3 | tablespoons | Half-and-half |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Fresh ground pepper to taste | ||
| 1¼ | cup | Chopped Mozzarella cheese |
| Lemon wedges (opt) | ||
| Cucumber slices (opt) | ||
| Sliced celery (opt) | ||

Directions
Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Add pork steaks and fry quickly 3 minutes on each side.
Cover and cook gently 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove pork steaks to a shallow flameproof dish; keep warm. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook 5 minutes.
Add mustard and wine to onion mixture. Stir well, then bring to a boil.
Boil 1-½ minutes. Stir in half-and-half and heat through gently. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over pork steaks and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat broiler. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot with lemon wedges, cucumber slices, celery and watercress sprigs, if desired.
