Mushrooms with tarragon

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Mushrooms
1 each Clove garlic
1 teaspoon Oil
1 tablespoon Tarragon
½ teaspoon Soy sauce
\N \N Salt to taste

Saute mushrooms & garlic in oil till soft. Stir in the remaining ingredients & serve.
