Mushroom salad #1

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Fresh mushrooms; sliced
½ cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 Clove (small) garlic; chopped
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Salad oil
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
⅛ teaspoon Dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Combine mushrooms & parsley & chill until ready to serve. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour over mushrooms just before serving. Guten appetit! Serves 2 or 3.
