Chicken mushroom salad

| 2 | cups | Cooked chicken mushrooms; chopped |
| 1 | cup | Celery; thinly sliced |
| 1 | small | Head romaine lettuce; washed, spun dry, and torn into pieces |
| 6 | tablespoons | Olives; sliced |
| 6 | tablespoons | Almonds; toasted and slivered |
| ½ | cup | Wild mustard seed mayonnaise (recipe to follow) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Field garlic leaves; finely snipped |
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well.
Yield: 6 servings.
