Mushroom quicke squares

Ingredients

| 3¼ | ounce | Cremini mushrooms; chop, saute, drain |
| 3¼ | ounce | Haeluva Good Cheddar-Monterey Jack; shredded |
| ¼ | Dozen eggs | |
| ¾ | cup | Milk |
| 2⅜ | tablespoon | Flour |
| ¼ | Stick butter; melted | |
| 1⅝ | Pinches garlic; minced | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Blend all ingredients except butter until smooth. Pour enough of the butter into a large baking pan to heavily coat--add remaing to batter. Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350øF until puffy, 24 to 45 minutes.
