Ingredients

½cupGreen onions, chopped w\\tops
2tablespoonsButter
1cupMushroom, chopped
1tablespoonLemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
teaspoonCayenne pepper
2tablespoonsDill, chopped
cupSour cream
Tomato slices

Directions

Saute the green onions in butter for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne. Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in dill and sour cream. Serve garnished with tomato slices.
