Muffins - all bran

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sugar
1½ cup Kellogs All Bran Cereal
1¾ cup Milk
1 \N Egg
¼ cup Plus 2 Tablespoons light molasses
⅓ cup Oil
¼ cup Raisins

Stir flour, Baking powder , salt and soda together, set aside.

Measure milk and bran and let it stand until cereal is softened.

Add eggs, shortening, molasses and beat well. Add raisins.

Add dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, Stir until only combined.

Divide into 12 muffin tins.

Bake 25 minutes - Until brown.

Oven 400 degrees .
