Yield: 12 muffins
|2 cups||Flour, all-purpose|
|4 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|2 tablespoons||Butter; melted|
|½ cup||Dates; chopped|
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Combine egg, milk, and butter; mix well and add dates. Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients, stirring only until flour mixture is moistened. Fill greased muffin pans, and bake at 400 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes or until mufins test done.
