Mother's chocolate diamonds (christmas)

Yield: 1 Pan

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter or margarine
3 xes Unsweetened choc.; squares
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
⅔ cup Pecans; chopped

Oven 400~.

Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Bake at 400~ for 15 min. Let cool in pan. Cut into diamonds. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
