Mom's gooey butter cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 \N Egg
1 \N Stick soft margarine or butter
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 \N Eggs
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Box powdered sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients on low speed in mixer for approx. 1 minute. The mixture should be crumbly. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Top with remaining ingredients. Mix the above 4 ingredients on high speed until smooth. Pour over top of above. Bake until brown on top.
