Molly mcbutter lite fettuccine alfredo

1⅓cupSkim milk, divided
2teaspoonsAll-purpose flour
2tablespoonsFat free cream cheese
1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
5teaspoonsMolly McButter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
4cupsHot cooked fettuccine
2teaspoonsChopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine minced garlic and 1 cup skim milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in flour and remaining ⅓ cup milk. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Add fat free cream cheese. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add grated Parmesan cheese; whisk until smooth. Remove from heat.

Stir in Molly McButter. Pour the sauce over hot cooked fettuccine.

Garnish with fresh parsley and black pepper. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
