Mock filet mignon

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Ground chuck | 
| 2 | ounces | Mushroom stems/pieces; drained and finely chopped | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion; minced | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Soysauce | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 6 | slices | Bacon | 
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix lightly.  Shape mixture into 6 patties 1-½" thick.
Wrap 1 slice bacon around each patty; secure with wooden pick.  Place on a broiler rack; broil 3 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on desired degree of doneness.
