Miso soup with pork (butaniku miso shiru)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Dashi
4 ounces Thinly sliced boneless pork
2 smalls Thinly sliced leeks
3 tablespoons Red miso
\N \N Shiso leaves

Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
