Miso soup with pork (butaniku miso shiru)

5cupsDashi
4ouncesThinly sliced boneless pork
2smallsThinly sliced leeks
3tablespoonsRed miso
Shiso leaves

Directions

Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
