Measure | Ingredient |

5 cups | Dashi |
4 ounces | Thinly sliced boneless pork |
2 smalls | Thinly sliced leeks |
3 tablespoons | Red miso |
\N \N | Shiso leaves |
Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
