Miso soup with pork (butaniku miso shiru)

| 5 | cups | Dashi |
| 4 | ounces | Thinly sliced boneless pork |
| 2 | smalls | Thinly sliced leeks |
| 3 | tablespoons | Red miso |
| Shiso leaves | ||
Directions
Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
