Yield: 4 Servings
|½||Cake of tofu|
|5 cups||Dashi or chicken stock|
|1||Green onion; finely chopped|
Slice the ½ cake of tofu into 1" cubes. Bring soup stock to a boil and add the miso and tofu. Bring the soup back to a boil, turn heat down and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add green onions.
