Minted peas and carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
teaspoon Dried mint
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 packs Frozen peas and carrots

Directions

In a 1½ quart casserole, melt butter in oven. Add mint, sugar and salt. Break up vegetables; mix with butter. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
