Minted peas and carrots

¼ | cup | Butter |
1½ | teaspoon | Dried mint |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | packs | Frozen peas and carrots |
Directions
In a 1½ quart casserole, melt butter in oven. Add mint, sugar and salt. Break up vegetables; mix with butter. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
