Mint glazed lamb

1Jar (10 oz) mint flavored
Apple jelly
½cupDry white wine
2tablespoonsButter
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
1teaspoonGrated lemon peel
½teaspoonDry mustard
3Bananas (cut in large
Chunks)

Directions

Sprinkle lamb with salt & pepper. Roast in 350 oven for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, combine mint jelly, wine, butter, brown sugar, lemon peel & mustard in saucepan; simmer 5 minutes. Baste lamb with sauce during last hour of roasting. Drop bananas in remaining mint sauce; heat for several minutes, serve as accompaniment to lamb.
