3 teaspoons Schwartz Lamb Mint & Rosemary Seasoning
8 Lamb cutlets

Combine the honey, vinegar, oil and Lamb Mint & Rosemary Seasoning, in a small bowl. Grill the lamb for 10-12 minutes, or until tender, turning frequently and brushing with the honey mixture throughout cooking.
