Mince meat for tarts or pies

| 4 | ounces | Raisins |
| 4 | ounces | Currants |
| 4 | ounces | Prunes |
| 2 | ounces | Mixed peel |
| 4 | ounces | Brown sugar |
| 4 | ounces | Suet |
| 1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 | teaspoon | Spice |
| ¼ | cup | Rum |
| ½ | cup | Wine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime rind. |
Directions
chop fruit and suet finely. Add sugar, spices, rum, wine, lime juice and grated ring. Mix well togehter. Put into glass jars, cover closely and allow to stand about 3 weeks before using.
