Cook noodles until tender. Drain and add butter (or margarine) and set aside Beat together: eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and milk. Add raisins and apricots. Add mixture to noodles. Pour into a greased 8 x 12 baking dish. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over kugel. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Makes 10-12 servings **to reduce calories and cholesterol you can reduce margarine to 2 Tablespoons, use light sour cream and egg substitutes.
