Million dollar rice salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 cups Cooked rice
12 \N Maraschino cherries; halved
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
1 pack (10-oz) miniature marshmallows
½ pint Whipping cream; whipped
1 cup Chopped pecans
\N \N Combine cheese, sugar & mayonnaise. Blend

until smooth. Add rice, cherries, pineapple & marshmallows, mixing well.

Fold in whipped cream & pecans. Chill until set.
