Millie's basic whole wheat bread

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Egg; plus:
\N \N Water to equal one cup
2 tablespoons Butter; room temp
¼ cup Molasses
2 tablespoons Honey
½ cup Cornmeal; yellow
2 cups Flour; whole-grain wheat
1 cup Flour; white
1½ tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
1½ teaspoon Salt
2½ teaspoon Yeast

The recipe calls for extra large egg, placed in a 1 cup measure, plus enough warm water to measure 1 cup liquid total.

Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread and press start.

Check the dough after the first 10 minutes of kneading - adding tablespoon increments of the white flour if the dough appears very moist.

A very flavorful dense compact loaf. Excellent! 14⅕% cff
