Millie's basic whole wheat challah

Ingredients

| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey | 
| 2 | larges | Egg | 
| ¾ | cup | Water; 110 degrees | 
| 2 | cups | Flour; white | 
| 1 | cup | Flour; whole-grain wheat | 
| Or whole wheat pastry flour | ||
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar | 
| 2½ | teaspoon | Yeast | 
Directions
Place in the machine in the order listed.  Program for basic white bread and press start. Bake it in the machine for a high domed loaf or do it by hand in the traditional braid.
Whole wheat pastry flour is called for - for a lighter texture.
