Midnight sun bread

Measure Ingredient
\N \N 1 1/2 Lb Loaf:; (1 Lb Loaf:)
1⅛ cup Buttermilk; To 1 1/4 C, (3/4 - 7/8 C)
3 cups Bread Flour; (2 C)
1½ teaspoon Salt; (1 Tsp)
2 tablespoons Butter Or Margarine; (1 1/2 Tsp)
2 tablespoons Honey; (1 1/2 T)
1 small Orange; Grated Rind Of,
\N \N ; (Grated Rind Of 1/2)
1½ teaspoon Caraway Seed; (1 Tsp)
½ cup Raisins; (1/3 C)
2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast; (1 1/2 Tsp)

This is an outstanding bread! It has a delicate, cake-like texture and combines the orange and caraway flavors which are popular in so many Scandinavian breads. It's also good toasted.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select a light crust setting, and press "start".

After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
