Microwave braised onions

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Yellow onion; peeled & sliced thin (about 6 cups)
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
4 eaches Whole cloves

Combine all ingredients in a 14 x 11 x 2 inch dish. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 12 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Uncover and serve hot.
