Michelle's pumpkin butter

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Pumpkin
1 pack Powdered pectin
1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4½ cup Sugar

Cook pumpkin and drain. Mash pumpkin; then add all other ingredients. Cook until it makes a jelly. Serve as you would apple butter.
