Michael gelman's garden fresh pasta sauce

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Basil leaves
1 tablespoon Fresh oregano
1 \N Jalapeno
4 cloves Garlic
½ cup Ex-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons Balsamic
½ pounds Low-fat goat cheese
1 cup Cucumbers; rough chop
2 pounds Plum tomatoes
\N \N Salt and pepper
1 dash Tabasco

Put ½ of cheese and all ingredients except tomatoes in processor. Puree.

Add tomatoes and process until toms are chunky. Add cheese and serve over pasta. Source: Gelman, Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
