Quick mild mexican red sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (28-oz.) tomatoes, drained
2 Green peppers, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Ground corriander
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
⅛ teaspoon Salt

Heat skillet prepared with non-stick coating. After running ingredients through a blender, add to the pan and stir for about four minutes.
