Melon in mint sauce

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Lowfat sour cream
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. mint; minced
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. sugar
⅛ teaspoon Cardamom
⅔ cup Cantaloupe; cubed
⅔ cup Honeydew melon; cubed
⅔ cup Watermelon; cubed

Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
