Melon in mint sauce

1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. mint; minced
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. sugar
teaspoon Cardamom
cup Cantaloupe; cubed
cup Honeydew melon; cubed
cup Watermelon; cubed

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
