|\N \N||Waitrose Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|½ \N||Clove garlic|
|125 grams||Waitrose Mixed Antipasti; (4 1/2oz)|
|75 grams||Feta cheese; (2 3/4oz)|
Brush each slice of toast with a little olive oil and rub lightly with the garlic. Roughly chop the antipasti, crumble the feta and mix together.
Divide between the slices of bread and serve.
