Roasted pepper and sundried tomato crostini

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Piccolo ciabatta loaf; cut into 8 slices
\N \N ; and toasted
30 millilitres Waitrose Italian Pesto; (2tbsp)
100 grams Waitrose Roasted Peppers; (3 1/2oz)
55 grams Waitrose Sundried Tomatoes; (2oz)

Spread a little pesto on each slice of toast. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into strips and arrange on top. Drizzle a little oil from the tomatoes over the top and serve.
