Roasted pepper and sundried tomato crostini

1Piccolo ciabatta loaf; cut into 8 slices
; and toasted
30millilitresWaitrose Italian Pesto; (2tbsp)
100gramsWaitrose Roasted Peppers; (3 1/2oz)
55gramsWaitrose Sundried Tomatoes; (2oz)

Directions

Spread a little pesto on each slice of toast. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into strips and arrange on top. Drizzle a little oil from the tomatoes over the top and serve.
