Measure | Ingredient |

¼ cup | Bread crumbs |
¼ cup | Milk |
2 tablespoons | Fresh cilantro |
1 \N | Finely chopped habaneros; up to 2 |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ teaspoon | Ginger |
¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅛ teaspoon | Cloves |
1 pounds | Lean ground beef; (I used 93% lean) |
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into meatballs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 mins. Serve with chutney or sauce of your choice.
I have also made these to have with spaghetti and for meatball subs.
