Meatballs for a crowd

Yield: 200 servings

Measure Ingredient
30 eaches Lean ground beef
14½ cup Bread crumbs
5½ cup Minced onions
10 teaspoons Pepper
44 eaches Eggs
10½ cup Milk
6½ tablespoon Salt
10 eaches 19oz large cans tomato soup
20 eaches 14oz cans pineapple tidbits, drained
20 tablespoons Worcesterhire sauce
5½ cup Brown sugar
11 teaspoons Dry mustard
7 cups Vinegar
Salt and pepper
¾ cup Chopped onion


Mix the beef, bread, onions pepper, eggs, milk and salt together and form into 1 inch balls. Bake on shallow roasting pans in a 400F oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Place in a large roaster.
