Meat filling for pasta

| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped onions |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped green pepper |
| ¼ | pounds | Pork sausage, casing |

| ½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 2 | tablespoons | SAUCE FOR PASTA |
| ¼ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| ¼ | pounds | Grated Mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
Crumble sausage meat & brown lightly in hot oil with onion, green pepper & ground beef. Drain off excess fat & cool mixture. When cooled, combine mixture with rest of ingredients, blending lightly but thoroughly. If too dry, a little more sauce may be added. Fill uncooked Manicotti using a tsp. or small rounded knife. Cook by following EASY METHOD.
