ICING
Mix all dry cake ingredients & add mayonnaise, water & vanilla, mixing well. Pour into greased & floured 9x13-inch pan & bake at 350 for 25 minutes. ICING: Mix dry ingredients. Add butter & milk until desired thickness. Beat & spread over cake.
