6eachesEggs, hard boiled
4tablespoonsMayonnaise
½teaspoonOnion, grated
1teaspoonMustard, prepared
1teaspoonParsley, chopped
2teaspoonsGreen peppers, chopped
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonWhite pepper
Grated cheese
Shredded lettuce

Directions

Cook and mince bacon. Shell and dice eggs. Combine bacon and eggs, add all ingredients except cheese and lettuce. Form mixture into balls or egg shapes and roll first in Mayonnaise then grated cheese.

Chill and serve on shredded lettuce.
