Mashed potatoes for a crowd

Measure Ingredient
30 pounds Potatoes
1 quart Milk
1 tablespoon Salt
½ cup Butter

Peel potatoes, cook until tender. Drain well. Mash until smooth.

Add butter and salt. Slowly add the milk while mixing until you get a smooth consistency. Beat until light and fluffly.
