Marmalade cakes

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
125 grams Butter
½ cup Sugar
1 \N Egg
1 \N Marmalade
1 cup Flour
1 \N Tsp baking powder
¾ cup Sultanas
1 \N Dsp vanilla extract

Cream butter, sugar egg and marmalade, then add flour and baking powder and sultanas. Put tsp full on greased tray. Bake 200 deg C. (for about 8-10 mins) until brown.
