½ cup | Sugar |
1 \N | Egg |
1 \N | Marmalade |
1 cup | Flour |
1 \N | Tsp baking powder |
¾ cup | Sultanas |
1 \N | Dsp vanilla extract |
Cream butter, sugar egg and marmalade, then add flour and baking powder and sultanas. Put tsp full on greased tray. Bake 200 deg C. (for about 8-10 mins) until brown.
