Orange marmalade biscuits

| 2 | cups | All purpose flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ⅓ | cup | Orange marmalade |
| ⅓ | cup | Shortening |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the shortening till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the milk and marmalade; stir with fork till a soft dough is formed. Turn out the dough to about ½ inch thickness. Cut with a 1&½ or 2&½ inch cutter. (depending on the size biscuit you want). Place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Using a fork, prick the tops of the biscuits. Bake in 450 F oven for 10 - 11 minutes, or till done. Serve warm.
