Marmalade pudding

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking-powder
1 cup Ground suet
⅓ cup Sugar
1 cup Orange marmalade
3 \N Eggs, well beaten
¾ teaspoon Salt

Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking-powder and salt. Combine crumbs, sugar, eggs, suet, marmalade, and milk. Add dry ingredients.

Mix thoroughly. Fill well-oiled pudding molds ⅔ full. Cover. Steam 3 hours. Serve hot with any desired sauce. 6 servings.
