Broiled venison with corbin steak sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter, or margarine
½ cup White wine, dry
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Mustard Powder
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice,Fresh
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper,Black, fresh ground
2½ pounds Venison steaks

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients & mix well. Bring sauce to boil & remove from heat. Place venison steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, & broil fro 5 minutes; turn & brush sauce on other side. Broil for 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Use sauce generously.
