Marinated vegetables for a crowd

Yield: 50 servings

Measure Ingredient

2 mediums Heads cauliflower
4 bunches Broccoli
2 pounds Carrots
1 small Bunch celery
2 larges Green peppers
1 large Red pepper
½ pounds Cherry tomatoes
1 pounds Fresh mushroom OR 2 10oz can whole mushrooms
2 mediums Purple onions
2 eaches 14oz cans miniature corn
2 eaches 14oz cans pitted black olives
18 ounces Golden Italian Dressing

Wash, peel, seed and cut vegetable into bite sized pieces. Combine in a large container. Pour Italian dressing over and toss to coat.
