Yield: 50 servings
|2 mediums||Heads cauliflower|
|1 small||Bunch celery|
|2 larges||Green peppers|
|1 large||Red pepper|
|½ pounds||Cherry tomatoes|
|1 pounds||Fresh mushroom OR 2 10oz can whole mushrooms|
|2 mediums||Purple onions|
|2 eaches||14oz cans miniature corn|
|2 eaches||14oz cans pitted black olives|
|18 ounces||Golden Italian Dressing|
Wash, peel, seed and cut vegetable into bite sized pieces. Combine in a large container. Pour Italian dressing over and toss to coat.
