Maple custard with fresh fruit

| ½ | cup | Maple syrup |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 2 | Peaches, pears or bananas, peeled and sliced | |
Directions
In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, maple syrup, egg yolks and cornstarch until smooth; cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, for 2 to 4 minutes or until boiling and thickened.
