Maple baby back ribs^

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Maple syrup |
| ¼ | cup | Frozen apple juice |
| Concentrate, thawed | ||
| ¼ | cup | Green onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Few dashes Tabasco | ||
Directions
GLAZE
Have the meat man cut the ribs in half across the bone. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Roast on a rack at 350F. an hour and 15 minutes. Drain.
Combine glaze ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Brush ribs with glaze. Roast 25-30 more minutes, brushing with glaze.
