Mango cheesecake

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Cream Cheese
⅔ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
⅔ teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoons Mango pulp
1 Graham cracker crust

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar well. Add eggs one by one and mix well. Add mango pulp and mix well.

Follow the instructions to prepare the ready-made Graham cracker crust, pour the mixture in, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes and make sure the cream cheese mixture is baked but not browned.

Spoon a layer of mango pulp on top. Cool and referigate.
