Mango pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Flour
⅓ cup Dark brown sugar
Few grains of salt
⅓ cup Butter
1 Unbaked 8" pie shell
4 cups Sliced mangos
4 teaspoons Lime juice
½ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Quick cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon Lime peel

Combine flour, brown sugar & salt in a bowl; cut in butter until the size of small peas. Chill. Bake pie shell at 450 for 5 minutes & set aside. Sprinkle mangos with lime juice. Gently toss with a mixture of remaining ingredients. Turn into partially baked shell, heaping slightly at center. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over top of fruit mixture. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until top is golden brown & fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
