⅓ cup | Dark brown sugar |

⅓ cup | Butter |
1 \N | Unbaked 8\" pie shell |
4 cups | Sliced mangos |
4 teaspoons | Lime juice |
½ cup | Sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
3 tablespoons | Quick cooking tapioca |
1 teaspoon | Lime peel |
Combine flour, brown sugar & salt in a bowl; cut in butter until the size of small peas. Chill. Bake pie shell at 450 for 5 minutes & set aside. Sprinkle mangos with lime juice. Gently toss with a mixture of remaining ingredients. Turn into partially baked shell, heaping slightly at center. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over top of fruit mixture. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until top is golden brown & fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
