| ⅓ | cup | Dark brown sugar |

| ⅓ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | Unbaked 8\" pie shell | |
| 4 | cups | Sliced mangos |
| 4 | teaspoons | Lime juice |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Quick cooking tapioca |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lime peel |
Directions
Combine flour, brown sugar & salt in a bowl; cut in butter until the size of small peas. Chill. Bake pie shell at 450 for 5 minutes & set aside. Sprinkle mangos with lime juice. Gently toss with a mixture of remaining ingredients. Turn into partially baked shell, heaping slightly at center. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over top of fruit mixture. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until top is golden brown & fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
