Malaysian tea

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Boiling water
4 Bags green tea or
8 teaspoons Loose green tea leaves
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground cardamon
2 tablespoons Sugar or other sweetener

Place all ingredients in a teapot and allow to steep for 2 minutes or to taste. Serve alone or with slivered almonds.
