Makvlis supi (blackberry soup)

Ingredients

1Clove garlic, minced
¼cupFinely chopped cilantro
1tablespoonFinely chopped mint
2tablespoonsFinely chopped thyme
1Small onion, finely chopped
1Small cucumber peeled, seeded, & diced
Salt
1teaspoonWine vinegar
Sour cream

Directions

Crush blackberries and strain off juice. Add water to juice to make 3½ cups liquid. Add garlic, cilantro, mint, thyme, onion, cucumber, salt to taste and vinegar. Stir well and chill. Pass with sour cream.

Makes 6 servings.
