200millilitresSweet wine
½Lemon; juice of
1Vanilla pod
2poundsSelection of summer berries
100millilitresChampagne; (sparkling wine will

Mint leaves to garnish
100millilitresRed wine

Directions

Bring to the boil the sweet wine, red wine, caster sugar, lemon juice and vanilla pod.

Add the berries and refrigerate for 24 hours.

To serve, splash on the champagne and garnish with mint.
