Majdecki's inn coleslaw

Measure Ingredient
1 large Green cabbage; shredded
1 \N Medium-size green bell pepper; cored and shredded
1 \N Medium-size Bermuda onion; shredded
2½ cup White vinegar
3 cups Sugar
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon White pepper; or to taste

Place cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.

Mix vinegar and sugar together in large glass jar, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage. Then add oil, then pepper to taste. Let stand about 5 minutes, then toss well. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
