Majdecki's inn coleslaw

Ingredients

1largeGreen cabbage; shredded
1Medium-size green bell pepper; cored and shredded
1Medium-size Bermuda onion; shredded
cupWhite vinegar
3cupsSugar
1cupVegetable oil
1teaspoonWhite pepper; or to taste

Place cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.

Mix vinegar and sugar together in large glass jar, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage. Then add oil, then pepper to taste. Let stand about 5 minutes, then toss well. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
